How to judge the content of viscose in wet wipes?

Spunlace non-woven fabric used for baby wipes, the main components are viscose (natural fiber mainly made of cotton) and polyester (chemical fiber), usually the ratio of viscose to polyester is 3:7, 5:5, 7: 3 etc. The ratio of 3:7 means that viscose accounts for 30% and polyester accounts for 70%.


The higher the viscose content, the better the quality, the softer the wet wipes produced, the better the water absorption, and the higher the cost and price.


When the ratio of viscose to polyester in baby wipes reaches 5:5, the hand feel and water absorption rate are good. Some high-end products will reach 7:3, but most consumers cant feel it. The content of viscose is different, and the smell is different (because the smell of cotton fiber and chemical fiber is different after burning).
