If there is any problem within guarantee period, we will send you spare parts for free. After this period we will definitely support you when needed. You will be welcome to contact us with any problem may happen. 

A: We can give supplier of raw material of high quality and medium quality.

B: Or we help you to buy directly.

A: We can give you normal finishing product cost for reference.

B: We will offer you the cost report in detail according to your sample, so you can now how to calculate the profit in for open factory.

A:you can send technical to our factory for training how to run the machine before the delivery the machine. 

B: When the machine arrives to your factory, if you need engineer, we also can send to you.

A:We are located in Hangzhou City, China. 

You can get a flight to Hangzhou International Airport. We will go to airport to pick you up. It takes around one hour from airport to our office. You may also come to our city by High Speed Railway train, we will go to train station to pick you up.
